When do you get to show up for you?
Therapy for women is for individuals ready to heal from difficult mothers, old wounds, and the patterns that won’t let go.
In this space, we will work together to address the challenges you face. Our work is a partnership, and I am here to walk beside you as we find the right approach to help you overcome life’s challenges.

This therapy is for women who give everything.
You know you put yourself last, but it feels almost impossible to do anything else. You might even laugh about it – it’s just who you are, right?
Still, something inside you wonders what it would mean to stop giving so much. Would everything fall apart? Would people be angry, disappointed, or stop loving you?
Therapy is a safe space where you can start exploring those questions safely. You don’t have to turn your world upside down – begin exploring what it’s like to include yourself in it.
Not all relationships are healthy.
Some women suffer from relationships that are toxic or involve narcissistic abuse.
Your friends and loved ones are shocked by how your partner treats you, but you barely register it anymore – it feels typical, familiar, almost expected. You have moments when you see how bad things really are, but somehow you always let it go, hoping this time will be different. (It never is.)
If you keep going back, it’s not weakness – it’s a sign you are already in a cycle of abuse. The longer you stay, the smaller you’ll feel.
Therapy provides you with space to see clearly, regain your footing, and begin finding your way back to yourself.

Alcohol Use/Self-Soothing may be the problem.
You wonder if you might have a problem with alcohol or something else, but you hope you don’t. The thought of really looking at it feels scary; you’re afraid of what you’ll find or have to give up.
Maybe you drink to show up as the version of yourself you think people want, or to quiet the harsh voice in your head for a while.
It doesn’t have to be terrifying to face this. You stay in charge. Therapy helps you bring the problem into focus, allowing you to see it clearly and choose the steps to take.

What happens if nothing changes?
If these patterns go unchecked, life doesn’t just stall – it starts to shrink. You’ll feel smaller and smaller, more anxious, more afraid to trust yourself.
The quiet voice of intuition that once guided you fades into the background, replaced by noise, doubt, and overthinking. And the emotions you’ve been avoiding – the anger, the grief, the truth about what’s not working – won’t disappear.
Those emotions will find another way to surface: in your relationships, in your body, in the way you lose your spark.
Therapy helps you stop the shrinking, listen to what has remained silent, and begin expanding again.
Here’s how therapy can help.
Therapy gives you a safe space to unpack childhood, relationship, and societal trauma and begin building a new relationship with yourself.
Through psychoanalytic/psychodynamic therapy, you’ll uncover why these patterns keep repeating and how to break free finally.
Once you have a complete understanding of the landscape, we can start working toward solutions.

Together, we’ll work toward:
- Healing the invisible wounds from childhood
- Improving relationships with partners, friends, and family, or sometimes learning which ones to release
- Calming anxiety and releasing self-doubt
- Building lasting self-esteem and confidence
